Well, where to begin?
For starters, I was born and raised in San Cristóbal, a small city in Venezuela located near the border with Colombia. I grew up there knowing I was destined to become a writer. But my father said no, so I also have an engineering degree.
Because I’m persistent, I later moved to the United States, earned a Creative Writing degree, and ultimately became a full-time writer. Like I get paid to write. I know, unheard of.
In the past decade, I’ve written and put on air live newscasts, both in English and Spanish. I won an Emmy® —hence the stunning pic— and earned two other TV Academy noms. I then jumped into the streaming word to help launch HBO Max in Latin America, and to engage Max viewers in the United States.
But enough with the bragging. All in all, I’m just a friendly guy. I’m married. I have the most stunning one-year-old girl you can imagine, and the kindest Border Collie Lab in the world. I hate humidity, but I still chose to live in Miami. Go figure.
And don’t worry, I know you’re here for the credentials. So, knock yourself out:
